Casa Chianti Classico will immerse itself in the waters of Talamone on August 15 for a tasty dinner based on fish in the name of sustainable fish.
The dinner will offer a menu of fresh fish arriving directly from Talamone and from the fishing boat "Sirena" by Paolo Fanciulli.
Since the choice of dishes will depend on the catch of the last few days, the menu will be revealed only at the last moment.
Seats are limited and we advise you not to wait to book your table so as not to miss the opportunity!
The price, including wines, is € 55 and part of the proceeds will be donated to the Casa dei Pesci project.
The menu will consist of hot and cold appetizers, a first course, two second courses with side dish, dessert, water and coffee and will be accompanied by the wines of the Radda Winemakers Association.
at the end of the dinner a draw will win a participant a gift offered by the association of winemakers of Radda.
