Wine courses
With the approval of the Chianti Classico Wine Consortium, the Casa offers, upon reservation, for groups of at least seven people, short training courses on wine, called ABC Chianti Classico, focusing on local wines and the history of our appellation.
We also offer personalized in-depth courses with our experts based on specific requests.

Cooking classes
Our courses are true sensory workshops, where produce becomes a stimulus for creativity and knowledge of traditions.
Homemade Pici, fresh egg pasta, Tuscan menu, game, desserts; they are just some examples, we can create and offer a special course upon request.

And after a hands-on experience, you will certainly share a meal together with your cooking class mates!
