Sunday 17 November 2019 from noon at the Casa Chianti Classico it will be possible to taste the excellent Lampredotto prepared by Vincenzo from "Sosta del Gallo" in Radda in Chianti and our special Peposo, in a tasty challenge of the Tuscan culinary tradition. To make even more special this tipical Chianti lunch, there will be the different flavored breads of Beppe the "Panaio" of Mercatale V.D.P. whom will show us how to prepare excellent dough for bread or pizza and how to make sourdough. An opportunity not to be missed even to discover, from an expert baker, the secrets of an excellent dough.
Of course our wine shop will be open to let you taste many Chianti Classico wines.
