DINNER WITH THE PRODUCER AT CASA CHIANTI CLASSICO: TENUTA DI CAMPOMAGGIO

Our chef has created a tasty menu to pair with the Chianti Classico wines from Tenuta di Campomaggio from Radda in Chianti. An evening not to be missed!

Friday 19 July, 8pm, we will meet at the Casa Chianti Classico for a tasting dinner with the wines of the Tenuta di Campomaggio combined with delicious dishes prepared by the Chef of the Bistrot Al Convento.
The location needs no introduction: the evocative cloister of the former convent of Santa Maria al Prato at the Casa Chianti Classico.

This is the proposed menu:
- Veal tongue, citrus mayonnaise, Giardiniera, blackberry jelly
Chianti Classico 2021
- Risotto creamed with "Magi" goat blue cheese, fresh broad beans and Goji
Chianti Classico Riserva 2018
- Pork belly, scapece carrots, black garlic
Chianti Classico Riserva Santa Teresa 2020
- Cheescake, rosemary, candied orange, classic chianti reduction
- Water and coffee included.
A representative of the winery will talk about the wines during dinner.

Cost 45 euro per person.
