15 AUGUST 2024: Ferragosto with the producer at Casa Chianti Classico

On August 15, 2024, we celebrate the Ferragosto holiday together with the company “La Mirandola” of Castellina in Chianti with a special dinner and a fish-based menu not to be missed.
The wines of the winery will be carefully paired with the dishes created by our chef and will accompany the entire dinner in a crescendo of taste.
Here is the menu with the paired wines

§ Appetizer: marinated bonito tartare with mango and Campari
Mirandolino – IGT Bianco La Mirandola
§ First course: fregola with fish stock, shellfish bisque, prawns, lime and salicornia
Suavis – IGT Rosato di Sangiovese La Mirandola
§ Second course: cuttlefish tagliatelle, cannellini beans, garlic, evo oil and chilli pepper

§ Dessert: white chocolate semifreddo, figs, basil reduction, almonds and Maldon salt
