An aperitif dedicated to the taste of tradition, namely a selection of five Chianti Classico wines from FIVI winemakers paired with five traditional Italian dishes.
Wednesday 23 October 2024 from 7 pm onwards, at Casa Chianti Classico, FIVI winemakers will tell what it means to be winemakers today through their voice and their wines. Paired with the wines there will be five traditional Italian recipes created by the talented chef of the Bistrot “Al Convento”.
All participants in the evening will have the opportunity to receive a €5 discount code for the online purchase of the ticket for the Independent Winemakers’ Market (Bologna 23/25 November 2024).
