  • Convent aperitif and "ciaccini" with EVO oil and rosemary
  • Starter: chickpea flat bread, boiled egg, “Chianina bresaola”, salami, croutons with olives and fresh pecorino salad and fava beans
  • First courses
    • Cream of asparagus with wholemeal bread croutons and
    • "Lasagnetta" with olives, ham and Tuscan pecorino
  • Main courses
    • Lamb chops with pistachios on “misticanza” salad and
    • Spinach salad, Traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena, pine nuts, mushrooms and seasoned Tuscan pecorino flakes

    • Homemade Easter "Colomba" with mascarpone cream
