- Convent aperitif and "ciaccini" with EVO oil and rosemary
- Starter: chickpea flat bread, boiled egg, “Chianina bresaola”, salami, croutons with olives and fresh pecorino salad and fava beans
- First courses
- Cream of asparagus with wholemeal bread croutons and
- "Lasagnetta" with olives, ham and Tuscan pecorino
- Main courses
- Lamb chops with pistachios on “misticanza” salad and
- Spinach salad, Traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena, pine nuts, mushrooms and seasoned Tuscan pecorino flakes
- Homemade Easter "Colomba" with mascarpone cream
- Water and coffee
The all inclusive cost will be 35 euros per person. Booking upfront is welcome.
