25 OCTOBER 2023: FIVI AT CASA CHIANTI CLASSICO

An aperitif in the name of "outside the region" taste, that is, a selection of five Chianti Classicos from FIVI winemakers combined with five typical recipes from Northern Italy!

On Wednesday 25 October, from 7pm onwards, at the Casa Chianti Classico, the FIVI winemakers will talk about what it means to be a winemaker today through their voice and their wines. Paired with the wines there will be five different recipes typical of as many regions of Northern Italy, created by the talented chef of the Bistrot "Al Convento".

 The Convento's chickpea flour (Liguria)
 Bagna Cauda with pepper (Piedmont)
 Milanese risotto with sauce (Lombardy)
 Creamed cod with polenta (Veneto)
 Carne Salada our way (Trentino)

During the evening, the new book by the winemakers "A short story that a child can read to an independent winemaker and vice versa" will also be presented, which can be purchased during the event.
