EASTER AND EASTER MONDAY AT CASA CHIANTI CLASSICO

A tasty menu created by the chef of the Bistrot al Convento with excellent matching wines.

On Sunday 31 March and Monday 1 April we will meet at the Casa Chianti Classico to have lunch in the ancient and fascinating rooms of the former Franciscan convent.

The menu:

- Terrine of livers, brioche bread, vin santo, hazelnuts and berry coulis

 - Pecorino and broad bean gnudi with saffron sauce

- Lamb chops with Jerusalem artichoke cream and crunchy chips

- Artisan colomba with orange crème anglaise

Each course will be paired with a wine chosen by our sommelier

Cost 60 euro per person.
